At 1SC Guarding Ltd, we practice what we preach. Our aim is to deliver a first class service in a timely manner and right first time - in other words we want to be bullet proof! To that end, and in line with our agreed Key Performance Indicators, we offer the following bullet points as proof of our aims and our guarantee to you, our customer.
1. Working in harmony
We will never accept a ‘one size fits all’ approach. We will bespoke our service to your needs and do nothing that doesn’t suit you.
2. Staying in harmony
Our customers are the reason for our existence – not an interruption to it. We will try to become as one with your organisation; a part of it almost; thus enabling us always to react to and sometimes to anticipate your every requirement. By those means we shall build and maintain a ‘comfort zone’ within our working relationship.
3. Providing exceptional service
The longest journey begins with a single step! To us, that first step, day 1 of a contract, is a vital step in gaining customer confidence. To that end we work tirelessly pre-start, to ensure that from moment 1 of Day 1 our service gets off to a flying start. From documentation to manpower our preparations are meticulous.
4. Maintaining exceptional service
"It’s not how you start its how you finish!" An old sentiment perhaps but one to which we subscribe absolutely. We aim for zero tolerance when it comes to deviations from Key Performance Indicators s and Service Level Agreements and we almost always achieve it. When we fail; if we fail; you will find our remedial action, both in speed and effectiveness, second to none. We are, because we must be, totally results driven.
5. Never resting on our laurels
We will never sit back and wait for problems to happen. We constantly review what we do and how we do it and strive to improve. We accept the need for change; we pride ourselves on our ability to react to it and strive to anticipate it. By these means we believe that we provide a service that is ‘fit for purpose’ both now and into the future.
